For high-volume brands

At a thousand parcels a month, a nickel is a salary.

High-volume shipping software that quotes every order across UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS on our own carrier accounts, then handles the customs work that breaks when volume goes up. Rates run about 20% below what most brands pay today, with no account setup or negotiation on your side.

What changes at volume

The problems that were rounding errors at fifty orders a day are the P&L at five hundred.

Nothing is broken, exactly. Your rates are fine, your team is capable, your platform works. The trouble is that the cost of each individual decision stopped being small, and no single system shows you all of them at once.

Negotiating your own rates has a ceiling

Your leverage with a carrier is your own volume. Ours is the aggregate volume of everyone shipping through Treqo, which is why our contracted rates beat what most brands can negotiate alone. Every parcel is quoted across UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS on those accounts and books whichever wins that specific lane.

Customs error scales with you

A wrong HS code on one shipment is a shrug. On forty thousand it is a reassessment with interest. Treqo classifies your catalogue per destination country with a confidence score per SKU, then puts those codes on every commercial invoice automatically.

Holds become a support cost

Every held parcel is a ticket, a refund risk and a customer who does not reorder. You reach our clearance team directly — customs staff who have worked these borders for fifteen years, not a first-line queue reading from a script.

Per-seat pricing punishes growth

Platform fees, seat counts and volume tiers all charge you more for succeeding. Treqo has none of them. You pay per shipment, so the software costs what you ship and nothing when you don't. See pricing.

Getting there

No migration, no freeze, no rip-out.

01
Benchmark first

Send a month of real shipments. We price the same parcels on our rates and yours, lane by lane, before you sign anything.

02
Connect the stack you have

Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Canada or the API. Carrier accounts are already in place, so there is nothing to set up on that side. See integrations.

03
Move volume gradually

Start with one lane or one channel. Nothing forces you to cut over everything at once, and nothing locks you to a carrier.

Questions we get at this stage

Do I ship on my own carrier accounts or yours?

Ours. Treqo ships on our own contracted UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS accounts, so there is no account to open, no contract to negotiate and no volume commitment to hold up. The rates come from our aggregate volume rather than yours.

Is there a volume minimum or a monthly platform fee?

No monthly fees, no seats, no tiers. You pay per shipment, so cost scales with volume rather than headcount, and there is no minimum to qualify for the rates.

How long does implementation take at our volume?

Most brands are shipping through Treqo in under a day on the standard integrations. Custom flows through the API take longer, and our team builds alongside yours rather than handing you documentation.

What happens when a high-value shipment is held at customs?

You reach our clearance team directly. Treqo is built by Tactical Logistics, so the people resolving the hold are customs staff, not first-line software support. More on customs and compliance.

Find out what a month costs you.

Send us a month of shipments. We'll price them lane by lane against what you pay now, and you'll have a number either way. No account needed.
